With the very successful pilot project ending last week, we're announcing the general availability of the Yanzio AI Assistants to all Information and Referral (I&R) organizations. For those of you who have been eagerly awaiting your turn, now is the time.

Over the course of the pilot project, we learned, improved and deployed many enhancements, both to the AI Assistants themselves and to the web-based user interface used to find the most impactful recommendations.

Here's the reaction from just some of the five pilot 2-1-1s, which included three state-wide 2-1-1 networks and represented data from four different I&R software vendors:
