211 Finger Lakes NY uses Yanzio for accurate referrals

Keeping over 4,000 resource records accurate and complete

The 211 HELPLINE operated by the Institute for Human Services in Bath, NY provides comprehensive information and referral services to the 265,000+ residents of Allegany, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Yates counties.


Earlier this year, they evaluated the Yanzio AI Assistants in a free trial and decided to proceed with a full plan.


"The use of Yanzio has proved to be very advantageous when capturing data" says Karen, the Call Center Manager and Database Curator. Their small team maintains over 4,000 resource records and operates a call center that responds to calls and texts 24/7, while also maintaining a publicly-searchable online directory.



She continues: "Yanzio provides insurance that our data is efficiently processed and meets the Inform USA (AIRS) standards which allows the call center to convey the most accurate and current information to the client."
