The 211 HELPLINE operated by the Institute for Human Services in Bath, NY provides comprehensive information and referral services to the 265,000+ residents of Allegany, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, and Yates counties.
Earlier this year, they evaluated the Yanzio AI Assistants in a free trial and decided to proceed with a full plan.
