Findhelp 211 in Ontario uses Yanzio to quickly see actionable efficiencies

With over 900,000 contacts per year over phone, text, chat, email and web, accuracy matters

Findhelp 211, based in Central Ontario, Canada sought effective AI tools for I&R to help with their large data curation tasks. They provide direct support in six of Canada's provinces and online support in three territories.


With over 17,000 service records in their resource database, the potential for AI to augment their staff and processes is large.


"Yanzio has been a great tool to quickly test the capabilities of AI with 211 data workflows" according to Dave, the Director of Information Resources and Technology. "We are able to quickly see the actionable efficiencies that using AI in some of our day-to-day processes creates."


They've been using the Yanzio AI Assistants for the last few months and are methodically applying it to a number of components of their resource database curation.
